A good deal! You pay a flat fee when you sign up with an agent. After that, you either receive the fee you agree with a referral partner, or you keep the money. Usually, if they do a referral, the client gets more money than they agreed to and the agent gets more. It just makes sense.  But, if you don't sign the referral agreement, you probably don't get anything and the agent makes more money than they agreed to.
